Hi, I’m Gabriela.
I’m a national award-winning visual designer, marketing & communications strategist, and highly-rated speaker and training workshop facilitator with a passion for mission-driven work.
Why do I focus on libraries & non-profits?
I GET libraries and non-profits. I understand the challenges you experience, the people you serve, and your goals. I’ve been working on the inside of mission-driven organizations for over 10 years.
What sets my work apart?
I can offer clients a full suite of design work. For example, I can create a new brand package, use that to build Canva templates, and train your staff to use the new materials. I also understand the accessibility requirements now required for governmental organizations. Accessibility isn’t a last-minute addition; I design for accessibility from the beginning of the project.
Let’s talk!

Here’s what my clients have to say…
“We have worked with Gabriela on major projects that last two years, and the process and outcome has been outstanding each time! It can be difficult to work with graphic designers if they can’t strike the balance between working with our brand and vision while also taking initiative and producing a polished product. But working with Gabriela has been incredibly easy in both regards. I would highly recommend her!”
— Jeremy Lamour, former Director of Partner Engagement, New Life Centers of Chicagoland“Working with Gabriela on our branding and logo package was fantastic. She really caught the vision for what we were going for, and brought our ideas to life. She brought great expertise, listened to our feedback, and quickly made any needed edits. We plan to work with her again for future branding needs."
— Karen Crisler, Co-founder, Wisco Ceramic Supply“We worked with two different designers on a rebranding project but they weren’t able to fully train my staff on implementing the new brand system. When I found Gabriela, I knew she was the right person to close this gap. She put together a workshop that included the new brand guidelines, how to use the new Canva templates, and also general Canva instruction. My staff have been a lot more comfortable using the new branding since then and we’ve been able to implement it across all of our materials.”
